Klenza Clean – Terms and Conditions of Service and Website Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Klenza Clean (“Klenza Clean”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and apply equally to individuals or entities (“you”, “User”) who access, browse, or use our website, request a quotation, submit an enquiry, or engage us for cleaning services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms set out herein.


1. Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to:

(a) All Clients who book, schedule, or receive residential or commercial cleaning services from Klenza Clean; and

(b) All Users of our website and digital platforms, including those who submit service enquiries or browse content.


2. Cleaning Services

Klenza Clean agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the service quotation, service agreement, or booking confirmation. Services may include general, deep, or end-of-lease cleaning, or any other services as mutually agreed in writing. All services shall be provided in accordance with applicable health and safety standards and subject to availability.


3. Website Use

By accessing our website or digital platforms, you agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of our digital infrastructure. All intellectual property, including written content, images, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Klenza Clean and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.


4. Service Hours and Public Holidays

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services shall be rendered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Services rendered on a public holiday are subject to a surcharge equal to 2x of the standard service rate.


5. Access to Premises

Clients must ensure safe, unhindered access to the service location, including keys or access codes, electricity, running water, and a hazard-free environment. Where access is not provided as scheduled, a call-out fee of $99 shall be payable.


6. Equipment and Materials

Klenza Clean shall provide all cleaning materials and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Where the Client provides cleaning products or equipment, Klenza Clean shall not be held liable for any faults or adverse outcomes resulting from their use.


7. Payment Terms

  • One-time services: Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Ongoing services: Payment shall be made weekly or monthly in advance by credit card or direct debit only. Bank transfers are not accepted.
  • A grace period of five (5) business days applies for failed payments, after which services may be suspended and a late payment fee of $22 will be levied.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access will be charged at the full service rate. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.


9. Termination of Ongoing Services

Ongoing service agreements may be terminated by either party with 28 days’ written notice. Where discounted rates were extended on the basis of a minimum term, early termination shall attract a break fee of $99.


10. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

Complaints regarding the quality of services must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of completion. Where a complaint is substantiated, Klenza Clean will, at its discretion, offer a complimentary re-clean within 72 hours, subject to availability.


11. Limitation of Liability

Klenza Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or property devaluation. Any claims for physical damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability, if established, shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.


12. User Conduct and Staff Safety

All Users and Clients are expected to treat Klenza Clean personnel with dignity and respect. Klenza Clean maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to legal action.


13. Cookies and Website Tracking

Klenza Clean utilises cookies and analytical tools to monitor website performance and enhance user experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of such technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on our website and in our service materials remains the exclusive property of Klenza Clean. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of our materials without prior written consent.


15. Force Majeure

Klenza Clean shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, labour shortages, power outages, or natural disasters.


16. Amendments

Klenza Clean reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of such changes.


17. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Klenza Clean and supersedes any prior discussions, understandings, or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
